My Name is Asia Longoria-Trujillo, I live in beautiful Temecula, Ca, and do hair at Sola Salon Studios in Temecula. I work in my own Salon Studio called Hair by Asia. I am happily married to Donnie Longoria-Trujillo, and have a baby boy, Roman, and a baby girl Charlize. I am addicted to starbucks coffee, I love to read, take walks, go to the beach, watch movies, and go out anywhere with my family!
Where did you go to school for hair?
I attended Royale Beauty College in Temecula, and have been doing hair for a little over 3 years.
Do you have a favorite when it comes to hair?
My specialty is Hair Extensions, I absolutely love to drastically change someones appearance and make them feel beautiful. I love to cut and color as well because I get to use my creativity to make people happy!
I definitely have a passion for the industry, I am always eager to learn new techniques, try new products, and increase my knowledge in any way.
What is your favorite hair experience?
I have a couple, but one is the first time I did a full head of extensions. Believe it or not, a lot of hairstylists stay away from hair extensions because it is a difficult and tedious process to learn. I never thought I would be able to do extensions because stylists make it seem so difficult. I will definitely say that it was exhilarating and empowering to do my first head of extensions because for me it was a huge accomplishment. I now have such a passion for hair extensions because so many people want longer, thicker hair and before, I was never able to accommodate them. Another favorite hair moment was getting invited two times to style hair at the Playboy Mansion for the painted models. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I got to work with a team of amazing hair stylists and all of us got to learn so much from each other, plus work on beautiful clients!!
Why do you work at Sola Salon Studio?
It is truly an amazing experience to own your own hair studio. It's always been a dream of mine to own my own salon, and working at Sola Salon Studios my dream came true. I have been able to create my own salon experience for my clients and I love having my own space! It's amazing to be able to have a job you love and work in a completely drama free environment! That's a rare thing in this industry.
